Brief
Introduction
Sichuan
Dujiang Machinery Co., Ltd (hereinafter SD for short), once a large scale
state-owned enterprise, belonged to Machinery Bureau of Chengdu. In 1999,
the reconstruction of SD is approved by Chengdu
government with renaming as Sichuan Dujiang Machinery Co., Ltd. In August
of 2003, SD carried through assets reformation, which became the branch
unit of GuangXi YinHale Group. Further more, SD has built a series of
reputations such as “Industrial Unit Top 50 in Chengdu”, “Four-Excellence
Unit in Chengdu”, “Excellent
Civilized Unit in Chengdu”, “Great Taxpayer in Dujiangyan” etc.
SD specializes
in manufacturing front and rear axle more than 20 years, which has been
ranked as national preferential industrial
technological transformation unit during both “the Seventh-Five
Year Plan” and “the Eighth-Five Year Plan” as well as won the reputation
for “Core Industrial Enterprise” granted by Chengdu government during “the
Ninth-Five Year Plan” period and “Little Giant Unit” by Sichuan government
with offering prior supports. At present, SD holds capabilities of
manufacturing annually 160,000 axles and the volumes of producing and
selling come up to 250 million yuan RMB or its above.
SD is located
in Dujiangyan where features its own unique glorious history and cultures
in the world. Dujiangyan belongs to National 5A Scenic Area, possessing
convenient transportation facilities such as National Highway No.213,
Chengdu-Dujiangyan Expressway and rail roads.
SD covers
290,000 square meters, of which has building area 90,000 square meters as
well as total assets 380 million yuan RMB. There are more than 1000
employees; among them are 200 staff or its above with good command of
professional techniques. Meanwhile, SD holds more than 600 equipments such
as MAXIM 500 Machining Centre, more than 20 sets of processing machines
and 20 production lines for axle assembly and parts as well as
advanced trial equipments and inspection technologies for product
performance such as CNC static twist trial equipment, assembly operating
test bed, static stiffness and static strength fatigue test bed.
In 1999，SD
introduced the advanced technologies and management mode of TOYOTA as well
as machining center, CNC machine tool, three-dimensional checking gauge,
static balancing and roundness measuring instrument made in Japan,
America, British and Taiwan. In addition, SD also establishes COASTER axle
production workshop, which became sole accessories supplier for TOYOTA in
Sichuan.
Further more,
with the development of economic globalization; SD dedicates to develop
overseas market. SD strives to open thoughts, innovate ways, seize
opportunities, adjust structure and improve whole level in pursuit of
strengthening competitive ability. In June of 2005, SD has established the
cooperation relationship with TATA Motors, which is the greatest
manufacturer in India. It is the first step for SD to step into
international market with supplying axle products and won the high praise
for our excellent quality of products from overseas customers.
In December of
2006, the newly-built plant, costing 108 million yuan RMB, has been
completed construction. The workshop with 43,000 square meters is the
largest one in the southwest of China. SD has shifted into this plant as
well as being on stream. Meanwhile, SD will take this opportunity to make
much more brilliant achievements in the future.

Products: CD1040, CD1056, CD1058, CD1068, CD1090, CD1118, CD1153, CD1183,
CD6606, CD6700, CD6800, CD6850, CD6890, CD6100, TOYOTA COASTER 131W, 262W,
etc. More than 100 categories of front and rear axle are manufactured by
SD, of which sale volume accounts for more than 70% market of light-duty
vehicles in Sichuan Province. These high quality products are available
for all kinds of passenger vehicles and 0.5-5 tons agricultural vehicles.
Top-grade axle beam structure, durable performance and high quality make
extensive reputation in domestic market. All products have successfully
passed authoritative inspections carried by Automobile Quality Supervision
and Inspection Bureau of China such as special test for complete vehicle
as well as reliability test by national test in Hainan province and a
series of tests by Sichuan Province. In addition, the competitive products
are assessed and honored with the titles of “High-Quality Products” and
“Top- Grade Products” by Sichuan government and Chengdu Government.
